Transport Corporation of India (TCI) reported strong growth in its audited financial results for Q4 and full year FY2025. Consolidated Q4 revenue rose 9.3% year-on-year to ₹1,197 crore, with EBITDA up 11.3% to ₹140 crore and profit after tax (PAT) up 11.4% to ₹115 crore. Standalone Q4 PAT grew 15.7% to ₹90.5 crore on revenue of ₹1,021 crore. For the full year FY2025, consolidated revenue grew 11.5% to ₹4,538 crore and PAT jumped 17.4% to ₹416 crore, while standalone PAT surged 22.8% to ₹396 crore on revenue of ₹4,059 crore. Management attributed the performance to growth in warehousing demand from quick commerce, retail and consumer durables, along with stronger multimodal and bulk logistics solutions. The company also highlighted investments in EV/LNG trucks, renewable-energy warehousing, AI-driven analytics and an ISO-certified decarbonisation tool recognised by the Smart Freight Centre in the Netherlands.
Solid double-digit profit growth across both standalone and consolidated bases, expanding EBITDA margins in standalone, and healthy full-year PAT growth above 17% signal strong operational momentum, likely positive for shareholder sentiment and the stock in the near term.
