TCI reported consolidated revenue of Rs 13,361 Mn in Q4 FY26 (up 13% YoY) and full-year revenue of Rs 49,650 Mn (up 9%). PAT for Q4 FY26 was Rs 1,245 Mn with FY26 PAT at Rs 4,599 Mn. The company achieved its 23rd consecutive quarter of growth. Supply Chain division showed strong 14% revenue growth to Rs 18,617 Mn with steady EBIT margins at 5.9%. Seaways division delivered robust 26% EBIT growth to Rs 2,522 Mn with improved margins at 41.0%. However, Freight division margins declined to 2.4% from 3.4% due to network expansion costs. Management guided for 10-12% revenue and profit growth in FY27 while flagging challenges from fuel price increases, inflation, Middle East uncertainty, and suboptimal monsoon forecasts. Capex budget for FY27 is Rs 6,000 Mn with focus on strategic asset classes.
TCI delivered solid growth with strong cash position (Rs 2,961 Mn surplus) and diversified performance across divisions. The margin pressure in Freight division and cautious management outlook on macro challenges may limit near-term stock upside despite consistent quarterly growth delivery.
