Travel Food Services Limited's material subsidiary, TFS Delhi T3, has signed a Supplementary License Agreement (No. 10) with Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) on 5th January 2026. The agreement extends the existing F&B license at Terminal 3, Indira Gandhi International Airport, from the original expiry of 28th February 2026 to 30th September 2026. Under this extension, TFS Delhi T3 will continue operating 28 food and beverage outlets at T3 for the extended period. The contract is domestic, with no promoter group or related party interest involved. License fee and minimum guarantee terms are as per the agreed terms between the parties.
This is a continuity announcement rather than new business — it provides certainty for the next ~7 months of operations at a key airport location. Positive for avoiding revenue disruption at T3, but it is a short-term extension and shareholders should watch for a longer-term resolution before September 2026.
