BSE's Surveillance Department asked Travels & Rentals Limited to explain unusual movement in its share price via email dated February 10, 2026. The company responded on February 11, 2026, stating there is no pending price-sensitive information or announcement that could have caused the movement. The company attributes the share price movement entirely to market dynamics rather than any undisclosed corporate action. It also assured the exchange that all required disclosures under SEBI (LODR) Regulations will be made promptly when applicable. The response was signed by Managing Director Devendra Bharat Parekh.
