The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs. 864.65 lakhs from Rs. 604.76 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, a growth of about 43%. However, consolidated profit after tax fell to Rs. 67.03 lakhs from Rs. 91.42 lakhs, and EPS dropped to Rs. 0.46 from Rs. 0.63. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 583.28 lakhs from Rs. 328.30 lakhs, while standalone PAT declined to Rs. 25.62 lakhs from Rs. 36.30 lakhs. The statutory auditor Chokshi & Chokshi LLP issued an unmodified limited review conclusion. The board also approved the appointment of Chokshi & Chokshi LLP as Statutory Auditors for four years and the re-appointment of Mr. Tushar Ranpara as an Independent Director for a second five-year term effective October 9, 2025. The scheme of amalgamation with LP Logistics Plus Chemical SCM remains pending NCLT approval.
Strong top-line growth driven by higher service volumes, but rising software service charges and employee costs squeezed profitability, leading to a notable decline in net profit and margins. The formal appointment of a new statutory auditor and the re-appointment of an independent director are routine governance items and unlikely to move the stock on their own.
