Trejhara Solutions reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 864.65 lakhs, up about 43% from Rs. 604.76 lakhs in Q1 FY25. However, profit after tax fell to Rs. 67.03 lakhs from Rs. 91.42 lakhs, and EPS dropped to Rs. 0.46 from Rs. 0.63. On a standalone basis, revenue jumped to Rs. 583.28 lakhs from Rs. 328.30 lakhs, but standalone PAT declined to Rs. 25.62 lakhs from Rs. 36.30 lakhs. Total expenses rose sharply, mainly due to higher software service charges and employee costs, squeezing profit margins. Statutory auditor Chokshi & Chokshi LLP issued an unmodified (clean) limited review conclusion on both sets of results.
While top-line growth is strong, shrinking profits and compressing margins may concern shareholders looking at near-term earnings quality. The pending NCLT amalgamation with LP Logistics Plus Chemical SCM could change the company's scale and profile once approved.
