Trent Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the publication of its unaudited Q1 FY26 results (standalone and consolidated) in newspapers such as Economic Times, Business Standard, Free Press Journal, Navshakti, and Jam-e-Jamshed. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to Rs 4,822.10 crore (up from Rs 4,203.14 crore in Q1 FY25), with net profit after tax at Rs 422.59 crore (up from Rs 349.92 crore). Consolidated revenue came in at Rs 4,924.07 crore with net profit of Rs 426.70 crore (vs Rs 311.60 crore year-ago). Standalone EPS stood at Rs 11.89 (vs Rs 9.84) and consolidated EPS at Rs 12.09 (vs Rs 8.95). The results had been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 6 August 2025. The filing itself is a routine regulatory disclosure under SEBI's listing regulations.
The newspaper publication is procedural, but the underlying numbers show strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, particularly on a consolidated basis where net profit jumped roughly 37% year-on-year, which is a positive signal for shareholders.
