Trent Limited has informed the exchanges that its 73rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Thursday, 3rd July 2025. The company has fixed Thursday, 12th June 2025 as the Record Date to determine shareholders eligible for receiving the dividend, subject to approval at the AGM. If shareholders approve the dividend recommended by the Board, it will be paid on or after Monday, 7th July 2025, after deducting tax at source as applicable.
