Trescon is seeking shareholder approval via postal ballot (e-voting July 8 to August 6, 2026) for three items: material related party transactions worth about 140 crore across five related party entities for FY27 (investments, capital contributions, TDR transfers, and borrowings); continuation of Managing Director Dinesh Patel's pay (Rs 3 lakh min, Rs 25 lakh max per year) for FY27 and FY28 even if profits are inadequate; and similar pay approval for Whole-Time Director Kishor Patel.
