TRF Limited's Board of Directors, at its meeting on March 30, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Avishek Ghosh as the new Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective April 15, 2026. Mr. Ghosh is a qualified Company Secretary with over 12 years of experience in governance and compliance, and currently serves as Company Secretary at Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tata Steel. He previously held the CS role at Tata Metaliks Limited (a listed Tata Steel subsidiary) from April 2021 until its amalgamation in February 2024. The appointment was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations.
