TRF Limited has informed the exchanges about two related changes in its senior management. Mr. Pramod Kumar Sahoo, currently Chief – Safety, Health and Environment, will retire (superannuate) effective August 1, 2025. To ensure continuity, Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh has been appointed as Chief – Safety, Health and Environment (designate) from July 15, 2025, and will take over the role fully after Mr. Sahoo's exit. Mr. Singh has over 20 years of experience within the Tata Steel ecosystem covering supply chain, shared services, and safety, and holds a B.E. in Mining, a PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, and a PG Certificate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
This is a planned, orderly succession at the senior management level with no change in strategy or operations, so shareholders are unlikely to see any meaningful impact on the stock from this announcement.
