Trident Limited reported strong Q4FY25 results with consolidated revenue of ₹1,883 crore, up 12% quarter-on-quarter and 11% year-on-year. Quarterly EBITDA grew 15% QoQ to ₹264 crore, while net profit jumped 67% QoQ to ₹133 crore, more than doubling on a year-on-year basis. For the full year FY25, revenue rose 3% to ₹7,047 crore and net profit grew 6% to ₹371 crore, though full-year EBITDA dipped slightly to ₹971 crore from ₹998 crore. The company strengthened its balance sheet sharply, reducing net debt by ₹635 crore to ₹895 crore and generating free cash flow of ₹690 crore. Trident also declared a first interim dividend of ₹0.50 per share for FY26, with yarn revenue up 11% and home textile revenue up 2% for the year.
Strong quarterly earnings, a ₹635 crore debt reduction, and a dividend declaration are positive signals for shareholders and should support near-term stock sentiment. The debt-to-equity ratio improving from 0.35 to 0.19 reflects a much healthier balance sheet heading into FY26.
