Trident Limited has appointed two new Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Pramod Agrawal and Mr. Kapil Dev Nikhanj, effective August 9, 2025, each for a 2-year term ending August 8, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Pramod Agrawal is a former IAS officer and ex-Chairman & Managing Director of Coal India Limited, who also serves on the boards of Tata Steel, Tata Power, and Century Plyboards, and was recently Chairman of BSE. Mr. Kapil Dev Nikhanj is the legendary former Indian cricket captain who led India to its first Cricket World Cup victory in 1983 and holds directorships in 8 private companies. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and have been confirmed as not debarred by SEBI or any other authority.
