Trigyn Technologies submitted copies of newspaper publications (Business Standard and Mumbai Lakshdeep) of its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, as approved by the Board on May 30, 2025. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations fell sharply to ₹89,805.18 lakhs in FY25 from ₹1,27,966.23 lakhs in FY24, while net profit after tax dropped to ₹1,176.94 lakhs from ₹1,996.33 lakhs, and diluted EPS declined to ₹3.82 from ₹6.48. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue slipped to ₹15,307.91 lakhs (from ₹17,526.55 lakhs) and net profit after tax plunged to ₹136.86 lakhs (from ₹651.06 lakhs), with EPS of ₹0.44. The notes flag serious concerns: ₹61.50 crore receivables stuck for over 5 years on the APSFL Andhra Pradesh project, an ongoing arbitration with Nashik Smart City, a ₹9.08 crore GST demand, a ₹3.14 crore income-tax demand, ₹9.61 crore in fresh Expected Credit Loss provisions for the year, and RBI approval still pending to write off balances of wound-up overseas subsidiaries carried forward for 9+ years.
Shareholders should view this as a mixed-to-negative results disclosure — both standalone and consolidated profits and revenues declined materially year-on-year, while legacy contract receivables, legal disputes, and tax demands continue to weigh on the company. The ECL provisions and unresolved subsidiary write-offs suggest further write-down risks could pressure future earnings.
