Triliance Polymers Limited (formerly Leena Consultancy Limited) announced results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) along with 9M FY26 figures. Revenue stayed flat at ₹13.39 lakhs for the quarter, while profit after tax rose slightly to ₹8.93 lakhs from ₹8.65 lakhs in the previous quarter. For 9M FY26, PAT grew to ₹19.27 lakhs versus ₹17.91 lakhs a year ago, with EPS of ₹0.38. The Board appointed three new directors: Mr. Molin Parekh as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director (he is the son-in-law of existing Director Mrs. Manisha Shah), and Mr. Abhishek Shashikant Agrawal (Chartered Accountant) and Mr. Ketan Vyas (Company Secretary) as Independent Directors for one year. M/s CVM & Co. LLP was appointed as Internal Auditor, and all board committees were reconstituted with the new independent directors taking charge.
The company continues to operate at a very small scale with no operating revenue (only 'other income'). The induction of a promoter-family member (son-in-law) onto the board raises related-party governance questions, though two qualified independent directors also strengthen oversight. Shareholders should watch the upcoming general meeting for approval and note that business scale remains minimal.
