Trishakti Industries Ltd announced its audited Q4 FY25 results, reporting a sharp jump in business. Operating Income for Q4 FY25 rose to ₹219.52 lakhs, up 94.68% from ₹112.76 lakhs in Q3 FY25. EBITDA grew 81.78% quarter-on-quarter to ₹227.91 lakhs, while Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 1247.03% to ₹179.02 lakhs from just ₹13.29 lakhs in the previous quarter. EPS climbed to ₹1.15 from ₹0.09, a 1177.77% increase. The company invested over ₹488 million in capex during FY25 to expand its fleet of cranes, man-lifters, and earth-moving equipment, achieving 100% fleet utilization. It is now targeting an additional ₹1,000 million in capex for FY26 as part of a broader ₹400 crore multi-year expansion program running through FY27.
The results show a dramatic turnaround in profitability and strong top-line growth, likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. However, the absolute numbers are still small, and the optimism hinges on management's execution of its large capex plans and sustained infrastructure demand in FY26.
