Triton Valves' Board approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹10,568.64 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from ₹9,512.21 lakhs in Q2 FY25, an ~11% YoY growth; H1 FY26 revenue grew ~13% to ₹20,899.13 lakhs. Standalone profit after tax jumped ~41% YoY to ₹292.22 lakhs in Q2 and ~50% YoY to ₹484.66 lakhs in H1. Standalone EPS for Q2 stood at ₹24.34 (basic). On a consolidated basis, H1 FY26 revenue grew ~18.7% to ₹26,633.82 lakhs, but PAT slipped slightly to ₹347.40 lakhs from ₹356.20 lakhs, weighed by subsidiary losses (three subsidiaries reported a combined net loss of ~₹146 lakhs in H1). Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unqualified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong standalone earnings beat on better operating leverage and cost control is positive for shareholders, though consolidated profitability was muted by subsidiary drag. Stock may react positively to the sharp PAT growth at the standalone level.
