Triton Valves posted healthy Q1 FY26 results. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 10,330.49 lakhs, up about 15.8% from Rs. 8,919.70 lakhs a year ago. Standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs. 192.44 lakhs (vs Rs. 115.88 lakhs, a ~66% rise), and basic EPS nearly doubled to Rs. 16.03. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew roughly 27% YoY to Rs. 13,473.12 lakhs, helped by subsidiaries, though consolidated PAT slipped marginally to Rs. 153.82 lakhs (from Rs. 160.19 lakhs) due to higher finance and employee costs. Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP gave an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The Board also fixed the 49th AGM for 26 September 2025, appointed a new Secretarial Auditor, a new Cost Auditor, and a new Independent Director (Mr. Kishore Saletore), while Mr. S.K. Welling stepped down as Chairman and Mr. Aditya Gokarn took over as Chairman in addition to his MD role.
A strong quarter for the standalone business with double-digit revenue growth and a sharp jump in profits signals improving operating performance, which is mildly positive for shareholders. Consolidated numbers were a bit mixed as subsidiary-level costs offset parent growth, but overall the clean auditor report and steady governance changes should not weigh on the stock.
