Triveni Engineering reported total income of ₹7,620.85 crore for FY26, up 12% from ₹6,807.94 crore in FY25. Net profit after tax grew 12.8% to ₹268.71 crore versus ₹238.26 crore. However, Q4 FY26 showed a sequential slowdown with revenue declining to ₹1,833.65 crore from ₹1,925.28 crore in Q4 FY25, and net profit falling to ₹167.45 crore from ₹187.12 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of 125% (₹1.25 per share), following an interim dividend of 150% already paid, totaling 275% dividend for FY26. A Composite Scheme of Arrangement was approved by NCLT in May 2026, merging Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises with the company (effective April 1, 2025) and demerging the Power Transmission Business into Triveni Power Transmission Limited (effective April 1, 2026).
Full-year profitability improved on strong first-half performance, though Q4 showed some softness. The company returned substantial dividends to shareholders. The restructuring through amalgamation and demerger may create near-term accounting complexity as prior-year comparisons are not directly comparable.
