Triveni Engineering demerger: Last day to buy stock to get Triveni Power Transmission shares. Check details

Monday is the last day to buy Triveni Engineering & Industries shares to be eligible for receiving shares of the newly demerged entity Triveni Power Transmission (TPTL). Under the demerger, eligible shareholders will get one share of TPTL for every three shares held in Triveni Engineering as on the record date. TPTL, which has over 14,000 installations across 80-plus countries and more than 50 GW of installed gear capacity, is expected to be independently listed on NSE and BSE.
