Triveni Turbine reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 21,811 million, up 8.7% from Rs 20,058 million in FY25. However, profit after tax declined 2.6% to Rs 3,494 million from Rs 3,586 million. The company recorded a Rs 157 million exceptional item due to one-time compliance costs under the New Labour Code. Standalone revenue grew 12% to Rs 20,097 million, but standalone PAT fell 10% to Rs 3,367 million due to higher material costs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 2 per share (200%), in addition to Rs 2.25 interim dividend already paid. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Revenue growth was offset by cost pressures and exceptional items, leading to PAT decline. The strong dividend payout signals management confidence, but the margin compression warrants monitoring.
