Triveni Turbine's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP giving an unmodified (clean) opinion. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations rose to Rs. 1,795 crore from Rs. 1,379 crore (~30% growth), while profit after tax jumped to Rs. 374 crore from Rs. 209 crore (~79% growth), aided by a Rs. 36 crore exceptional gain from capital reduction of subsidiary Triveni Energy Solutions. Consolidated FY25 revenue grew to Rs. 2,006 crore (~21% growth) and PAT rose to Rs. 359 crore (~33% growth), with EPS at Rs. 11.28 vs Rs. 8.47. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2 per share (200%) on the Re. 1 face value, subject to shareholder approval at the September 8, 2025 AGM. Other approvals include continuation of Mr. Vijay Kumar Thadani as Independent Director, designation of two executives as Senior Management Personnel, appointment of Cost Auditor (J.H. & Associates) and Secretarial Auditor (Sanjay Grover & Associates) for 5 years, and extension of commission to non-executive directors for 5 years from April 1, 2025.
Strong FY25 results with ~30% standalone revenue growth, ~79% standalone PAT growth, and healthy double-digit consolidated growth suggest robust business momentum and are likely to be viewed positively by investors. The combined interim plus final dividend of Rs. 4 per share for FY25 (400% total) signals strong shareholder returns, subject to AGM approval.
