Triveni Turbine's board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with auditors (Walker Chandiok & Co LLP) issuing an unmodified opinion. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 17,952 million (vs Rs. 13,786 million in FY24, up ~30%), and standalone PAT jumped to Rs. 3,744 million (vs Rs. 2,090 million, up ~79%), aided by a Rs. 360 million one-time exceptional gain from capital reduction of subsidiary Triveni Energy Solutions. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew ~21% to Rs. 20,058 million and PAT grew ~33% to Rs. 3,586 million. The board recommended a final dividend of 200% (Rs. 2 per share) on top of an interim dividend of 200% already paid, taking total FY25 dividend to Rs. 4 per share. It also approved continuation of Mr. Vijay Kumar Thadani as Independent Director, designated two senior management personnel, and appointed Cost and Secretarial Auditors.
Strong double-digit revenue and earnings growth, healthy dividend payout, and a clean audit opinion are positive for shareholders. The stock may get a favourable reaction on the back of robust FY25 numbers, though some of the standalone PAT boost is from a one-time exceptional gain.
