Notice to shareholders: Unclaimed FY19 dividend to be transferred to IEPF

TruCap Finance has sent reminder letters to shareholders whose dividend from FY 2018-2019 has remained unclaimed for seven years. Shareholders must claim their dividend by October 10, 2026, otherwise the unclaimed amount along with any accrued interest will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) on October 23, 2026. Once transferred, claims can only be made through the IEPF Authority directly. Shareholders can contact the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, to file a claim.
