TruCap Finance Limited has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for June 25, 2025, based on feedback from BSE and NSE. The changes relate to the Explanatory Statement for Agenda Item Nos. 5 and 6, which deal with the utilisation of proceeds from a Preferential Issue of equity shares and warrants totalling ₹206.87 crores. Of this amount, ₹134.47 crores is earmarked for onward lending, ₹31.03 crores for repaying/refinancing existing debt, ₹10.34 crores each for working capital and capital expenditure, and ₹20.69 crores for general corporate purposes.
