TTK Healthcare filed its 68th Annual Report for FY25-26. Revenue from continuing operations rose to Rs 929.43 cr from Rs 872.75 cr, about 6 percent growth. However, profit after tax dropped to Rs 65.68 cr from Rs 81.66 cr, a near 20 percent decline. EPS fell to Rs 46.48 from Rs 57.79. Dividend maintained at 100 percent, same as last year. 68th AGM scheduled for July 24, 2026 via video conferencing. Reappointment of Executive Chairman Mr T T Raghunathan for 5 years will be moved as a Special Resolution.
