Tube Investments of India reported audited standalone results for FY ended March 2026. Standalone revenue grew 8.4% to ₹8,556 Crores from ₹7,893 Crores. However, standalone Profit After Tax declined significantly by 36% to ₹827 Crores from ₹1,297 Crores in the previous year. On a consolidated basis, total revenue grew 19% to ₹23,174 Crores from ₹19,465 Crores, with consolidated PAT rising 5.9% to ₹1,116 Crores. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹12 per share and recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share. Statutory auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial results. Exceptional items of ₹22.75 Crores included provisions for new labour code adjustments (₹7.75 Cr) and impairment of investments in subsidiaries.
The standalone PAT decline of 36% is a significant concern, though consolidated results show more resilience with 19% revenue growth. The stock may face pressure from the sharp standalone profit decline, but the diversified segment performance and positive consolidated growth provide some support.
