Tube Investments of India has informed the exchanges about a change in its Senior Management Personnel effective 31st December 2025. Mr. Krishna Srinivas, a Senior Management Personnel, retired from services on 31st December 2025. To fill the gap, Mr. Ganesh Gulab Kale, currently the VP – Corporate Technology Centre, has been designated as Senior Management Personnel from 1st January 2026 under his existing employment terms. Mr. Ganesh holds a B.E. in Mechanical from MIT Pune and an M.Tech in Design Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune, and has been with the company since December 2024.
