Tube Investments of India reported mixed results for FY2026. On a standalone basis, total revenue grew 8.4% to ₹8,556.35 crore, but Profit After Tax declined significantly by 36% to ₹827.35 crore compared to ₹1,296.66 crore in the previous year. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew 17.4% to ₹22,847.43 crore with PAT up 5.9% to ₹1,116.27 crore. The standalone PAT decline was primarily due to exceptional items including ₹22.75 crore related to new labour code implementation and lower fair value gains on CCPS in subsidiary (₹569 crore vs ₹6.80 crore). The statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share and recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share.
The sharp standalone PAT decline of 36% may create near-term negative sentiment despite healthy revenue growth and clean audit. However, the consolidated results showing 17.4% revenue growth and positive PAT indicate overall group performance remains healthy.
