Tulasee Bio Ethanol Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 19th September 2025 to 25th September 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of its Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for Thursday, 25th September 2025 at 12:30 p.m. and will be held through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company has appointed MUFG Intime India Private Limited as the authorized agency to provide e-voting facilities. E-voting will be open from 9:00 AM on 22nd September 2025 to 5:00 PM on 24th September 2025, with 18th September 2025 set as the cut-off date for determining eligible voters. The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
Shareholders must hold shares by the cut-off date of 18th September 2025 to be eligible to vote at the AGM. No trading in shares is possible during the book closure window (19th to 25th September 2025).
