Tuni Textile Mills reported strong full-year growth for FY25, with revenue from operations rising about 35% to ₹7,649.79 lakhs from ₹5,649.84 lakhs in FY24. Profit after tax jumped roughly 76% to ₹56.65 lakhs (from ₹32.11 lakhs), and EPS doubled to ₹0.043 from ₹0.025. However, the standalone Q4 numbers were weaker — Q4 revenue fell about 34% YoY to ₹1,697 lakhs and the company booked a small exceptional item of ₹4.09 lakhs. On the balance sheet, short-term borrowings rose sharply to ₹1,619 lakhs while long-term debt declined, and operating cash flow stayed negative at ₹(107) lakhs. Statutory auditors K.K. Jhunjhunwala & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on the results.
The sharp FY-level jump in revenue and profit is positive for shareholders, but the weak Q4 print, rising short-term debt, and continuing negative operating cash flow are concerns that investors should watch closely.
