Turtlemint Q4 FY26 results reported; PKF Sridhar named internal auditor for FY27

Turtlemint Fintech reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,098 crore, up 66% from Rs 663 crore in FY25. Net loss narrowed slightly to Rs 184 crore from Rs 194 crore. Q4 revenue rose to Rs 357 crore but quarterly loss widened to Rs 63 crore from Rs 39 crore. Full year EPS stood at Rs (7.10). Statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi gave an unmodified opinion. Board also appointed PKF Sridhar and Santhanam LLP as internal auditor for FY27 on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The company listed on NSE and BSE on June 29, 2026 after an IPO priced at Rs 152 per share.
