Shares opened at Rs 134.90 on NSE and Rs 136 on BSE, leaving IPO allottees with immediate losses. The issue, subscribed only 0.68 times overall, comprised a fresh issue of Rs 660.72 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 221.95 crore, with proceeds earmarked for technology infrastructure, hiring, and marketing.
