Turtlemint IPO shares to debut today. Here's what GMP suggests ahead of listing

Insurance distribution platform Turtlemint is set to list on the exchanges today after its Rs 883 crore IPO, priced at Rs 152 per share, comprising a fresh issue of Rs 661 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 222 crore. The issue was subscribed 1.24 times overall, driven by QIBs at 1.63 times and retail at 1.11 times, while the NII segment remained undersubscribed at 0.55 times. The company reported total income of Rs 748.9 crore and a net loss of Rs 187.4 crore for the nine months ended December 2025.
