TV Today Network has notified that its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 3:30 PM through video conferencing. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share (face value ₹5) for FY2024-25, with September 11, 2025 set as the record date. Remote e-voting will be open from September 15 (9:00 AM) to September 17 (5:00 PM), and the dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before October 17, 2025.
