TV Today Network has launched a 100-day outreach campaign called 'Saksham Niveshak' running from July 28, 2025 to November 06, 2025, under guidance from the IEPF Authority and Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The campaign helps shareholders update their KYC details (bank account, nominee, email, mobile, address) and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends. The company has already sent individual letters to 33 shareholders with dividends unclaimed for seven or more consecutive years (from FY 2017-18 onwards) and to 75 shareholders for KYC updation. Shareholders are advised that dividends unclaimed for seven consecutive years, along with corresponding shares, will be transferred to the IEPF Authority if not claimed in time.
