TVS Holdings Limited reported audited FY2026 results with a clean unmodified audit opinion. On standalone basis, total income declined to Rs 516.59 Cr (vs Rs 644.03 Cr) and PAT fell to Rs 322.30 Cr (vs Rs 352.16 Cr) due to lower dividend income from subsidiaries. However, consolidated results show strong growth with revenue from operations rising 29% to Rs 58,154.50 Cr and profit for continuing operations at Rs 3,390.19 Cr (vs Rs 2,458.30 Cr), driven by TVS Motor and group subsidiaries. Net debt to equity increased from 0.45 to 0.90 due to Rs 650 Cr NCD issuance in Q4. The Board approved raising funds up to Rs 1,100 Cr via NCDs/CPs. An exceptional item of Rs 50.40 Cr was recorded for new Labour Codes impact. Interim dividend of Rs 86 per share (1720%) was paid. The company also invested Rs 526.79 Cr in Home Credit India Finance during Q4.
Strong consolidated performance with 38% PAT growth demonstrates underlying business health despite standalone decline. Increased leverage (Debt/Equity at 0.90) requires monitoring. The fund-raising approval provides flexibility for future growth or refinancing needs.
