TVS Srichakra Limited has announced the results of a postal ballot for the re-appointment of Ms. Shobhana Ramachandhran as Managing Director for a five-year term effective from 25th August 2025. Out of 7,657,050 total shares, 3,460,027 valid votes were polled (45.19% turnout), and the special resolution was passed with 98.48% in favour (3,407,339 votes) and only 1.52% against (52,688 votes).
