TVS Supply Chain Solutions reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,592.31 Cr, up 2.1% from ₹2,539.39 Cr a year ago. Net profit surged to ₹71.16 Cr from just ₹7.47 Cr in Q1 FY25, an over 9x jump. Adjusted EBITDA rose 10% quarter-on-quarter to ₹172.01 Cr. The headline profit was significantly boosted by a ₹177.23 Cr share of profit from its 25.2%-owned joint venture TVS ILP, following the transfer of 11 million sq. ft. of warehouse space as part of an InVIT (Infrastructure Investment Trust) listing. The company also has a strong order pipeline of ₹5,300 Cr for FY26. It restructured its UK and Europe business by merging the Integrated Final Mile (IFM) unit into its main ISCS segment to improve efficiency.
The big jump in net profit is largely driven by a one-time InVIT-related gain from the joint venture, so underlying core earnings growth is more modest. The strong ₹5,300 Cr order pipeline and segment restructuring to cut costs are positive signs for future revenue and margins, which could support the stock over the medium term.
