Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Limited (formerly Tantia Constructions Limited) announced the results of a Postal Ballot conducted to pass a Special Resolution for appointing Ms. Suparna Chakrabortti (DIN: 07090308) as an Independent Director for a term of 5 years.
