Two new Independent Directors appointed at Web Element Solutions

Board of Web Element Solutions appointed Mr. Abhishek Shashikant Agrawal and Mr. Lalit Kumar Tapadia as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for three years from 30 June 2026 to 29 June 2029, subject to member approval. Mr. Agrawal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and law graduate with 15 plus years of finance experience across textile, steel, banking and aquaculture sectors. Mr. Tapadia is a Chartered Accountant and also sits on the board of Foce India Limited. Board committees including Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship were reconstituted with the new directors as chairpersons and members.
