Tyche Industries has published a newspaper advertisement (in Financial Express and Nava Telangana) notifying shareholders that equity shares with dividends unclaimed for seven consecutive years, from FY 2018-19 to FY 2024-25, will be transferred to the IEPF. Individual notices have been sent to affected shareholders with details of shares being moved. Shareholders are urged to claim their unpaid dividends with full bank details before the transfer. Shares already transferred can later be reclaimed from IEPF by filing IEPF-5 form, available on the IEPF website.
Shareholders with seven years of unclaimed dividends should act promptly to claim them, or risk their shares being transferred to the IEPF.
