Typhoon Holdings announced unaudited standalone financial results for three quarters (June 30, September 30, and December 31, 2024) all at once, after a board meeting held on April 16, 2025. For Q1 FY25 (quarter ended June 30, 2024), revenue from operations stood at Rs. 15.12 lakhs versus Rs. 10.05 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, a jump of roughly 50%. Net profit for Q1 FY25 came in at Rs. 0.69 lakh (EPS of Rs. 0.14) compared to Rs. 0.75 lakh (EPS of Rs. 0.15) in Q1 FY24. Total expenses dropped sharply to about Rs. 1.28 lakh from Rs. 14.19 lakh in the preceding quarter. The auditor (S K Bhavsar & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications. The company operates in a single segment (trading) and continues to report negative reserves of Rs. 44.50 lakhs.
The combined approval of three quarters in one board meeting points to a significant reporting delay, which investors should flag. With revenues in single-digit lakhs and accumulated losses, the stock is essentially a very small, thinly traded entity with limited operational scale — meaningful price movement from these results alone is unlikely.
