Udayshivakumar Infra told BSE its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 were delayed because the board meeting on May 30, 2026 could not be held due to lack of quorum. The meeting was adjourned to June 6, 2026 under Secretarial Standard-1. The company says it had already informed the exchange about the deferment and reasons on May 30, 2026, as required under SEBI LODR rules. The board was also to consider a preferential issue of securities and convertible warrants to a promoter group member.
