Udayshivakumar Infra Limited has appointed Mrs. Sneha Prashant Sawant as the Whole-time Company Secretary, KMP and Compliance Officer with effect from August 20, 2025. She is a qualified Company Secretary (ICSI membership A59900) with around 6 years of post-qualification experience. She takes over from Mrs. Bharti Ramchandani, who had resigned from the post on July 21, 2025.
