UFLEX files quarterly RTA compliance certificate for Q1 FY27 under SEBI Reg 74(5)

UFLEX has submitted to the exchanges a certificate dated 4 July 2026 from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Beetal Financial and Computer Services, for the quarter ended 30 June 2026. Under SEBI Regulation 74(5) of the Depositories and Participants Regulations 2018, the RTA confirms that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization were accepted or rejected and listed on the stock exchanges, and that physical certificates were mutilated, cancelled and replaced with the depository name in the register of members within 15 days.
