UFM Industries reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs 3,593.24 lakhs, down about 18% from Rs 4,404.87 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 17.56 lakhs, marginally higher than Rs 17.02 lakhs a year ago, though it fell sharply from Rs 66.58 lakhs in the September 2025 quarter. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue declined around 8% YoY to Rs 10,304.33 lakhs, but net profit more than doubled to Rs 112.27 lakhs from Rs 53.15 lakhs, driven by lower input and finance costs. The statutory auditor Anil Hitesh & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications, emphasis of matter, or going concern issues. EPS for the nine-month period stood at Rs 0.19 versus Rs 0.09 in the prior year.
Mixed picture for shareholders — topline is under pressure on a YoY basis, but the 9-month profit more than doubled, signalling better cost control. The sharp sequential drop in Q3 PAT despite higher revenue may concern investors looking at near-term momentum.
