The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Sunday, 14th September 2025 to Saturday, 20th September 2025 (both days inclusive). This action is taken in line with Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR).
