UFM Industries has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements publishing its audited standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31 March 2026, in Financial Express (English, all-India edition) and Samoyik Prasanga (Bengali), as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. From the extract: full-year revenue fell to about Rs 13,135 lakhs from Rs 14,443 lakhs a year earlier, while full-year net profit after tax inched up marginally to Rs 123.24 lakhs from Rs 120.43 lakhs. For Q4 alone, revenue dropped to Rs 2,743 lakhs (from Rs 3,236 lakhs) and net profit after tax shrank sharply to Rs 10.96 lakhs from Rs 67.35 lakhs. Full-year EPS improved slightly to Rs 2.15 from Rs 2.07, and reserves grew to Rs 1,843 lakhs from Rs 1,715 lakhs. Paid-up equity capital remains at 59.33 lakh shares of Rs 10 each.
Full-year profitability held up despite a mid-single-digit revenue decline, but the weak Q4 print (profit falling ~84% YoY) may weigh on near-term sentiment. The marginal full-year EPS uptick and steady reserves are mildly reassuring for long-term shareholders.
