Ugro Capital has allotted Commercial Papers (CPs) on 20th March 2026 through its Investment and Borrowing Committee. The total issue value is Rs. 14.67 crore, with each CP carrying a face value of Rs. 5,00,000 issued at a discounted price of Rs. 4,89,145. The CPs have a 90-day tenure and will mature on 18th June 2026, with a total redemption value of Rs. 15 crore. Yes Bank is acting as the Issuing and Paying Agent, and the CPs are proposed to be listed. The implied annualized yield works out to roughly 9% based on the issue and redemption values.
This is a routine short-term borrowing of around Rs. 15 crore via commercial papers, a common funding tool for NBFCs. The size is relatively small and the instrument is short-tenured, so there is no material impact on shareholders or the stock price.
